When processing sealants such as acrylic, MS polymer, PU or silicone, many customers like to use our special spatulas or so called silicone applicators of the series FUGENSTAR, FUGENBOSS and TEC-FIX as very useful tools for quick and easy smoothing and reworking of optically perfect surfaces of sealant joints.

For removing old, ugly or moldy joints before a necessary re-grouting you can use our special GROUTING KNIFE of the series
TWIN-TOOL PowerCut. In the basic version, the 6-piece starter kit is equipped with three different scraper attachments made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). Especially when the substrates are more sensitive, with these special blades elastic sealants such as acrylic or silicone can be carefully scraped out of joints or from flat surface. Professionals and experienced do-it-yourselfers can use cutting or rasp attachments with metal blades. With these special accessories, the starter kit can be professionally supplemented and the cutting work on robust surfaces goes easier.

Compared to the attachments made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), the cutting result with metal blades improves noticeably. Most professional users utilize the adapter accessories with metal blades and profit here also of large-scale, even monetary time advantages! With the stable tungsten carbide coating (TC) in the cutting or rasp area of the metal blades B-6L and B-7g, it is also possible to carefully grind away by hand with pinpoint accuracy materials based on mineral substances, such as cement or mortar joints.
